Booking policies
Clear terms, so the session can be about the photographs.
Payment
The Signature Portrait Session is paid in full when you book. Your date and time are reserved only once payment is complete.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule once, free of charge, up to 48 hours before your session, subject to availability in the same city.
Cancellation
Cancel 7 or more days before your session for a full refund. Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before the session receive a credit toward a future session, valid for 6 months. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed sessions, are not refundable.
Weather and safety
If weather or safety conditions make an outdoor location unworkable, the session is moved to a new time or location at no cost.
Arriving late
Sessions end at the scheduled time so the next client isn't kept waiting. Late arrival shortens the session.
Delivery
Your finished photographs are delivered digitally within 7 days of the session, by private download link.
Use of photographs
You may use your photographs for personal and professional purposes, including websites, social media, press and print. Copyright remains with the photographer. Photographs are shown in the STILLS° portfolio only with your permission.
If STILLS° has to cancel
If the photographer cannot attend, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
